Changes at Cheesemongers
Cheesemongers of Santa Fe celebrated two years of business in Santa Fe last month, and we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of the City Different. Cheesemongers was founded as a partnership between John Gutierrez, whom you likely recognize by his hearty beard and love of alpine cheeses, and Suzy Thompson and Steve Reynolds, who have also owned and operated Oklahoma’s Forward Foods since 2006.
This January, John will transition onto new adventures, leaving the shop in the capable ownership of Suzy and Steve, as well as a crack team of cheesemongers and leadership, notably Lilith Spencer, who has transitioned seamlessly into the management of store operations, and Sascha Anderson, who will continue as Director of Business Development (and your friendly newsletter writer!).
